Help Guide Tampa Audubon: Join the Board

Tampa Audubon will elect our Board of Directors for 2025-26 at our May meeting. You are encouraged to become a board member. You don’t need to be an expert birder – leadership requires people with many skills, such as welcoming new members, finding speakers, running meetings, organizing events, reminding people to renew, managing our money, providing leadership for our activities, and listening to our members to help guide our direction. 

 

Many hands reduce the amount of work that any one volunteer needs to do.  Running a chapter is also a great way to learn new skills and welcome new friends into your life.


To volunteer, or to suggest someone you think would be a good addition to the Board, please contact any member of the nominating committee:
