Tampa Audubon’s 2024 TAS Photo Contest will kick off in January. Keep an eye on the Tampa Audubon Website for the submission page. Here are the details:
Cost is $10/photo.
Photo must have been taken in 2024 in Florida
Entry period is January 1 through February 28, 2025
$750+ in cash prizes

Birdscapes. A "birdscape photo" is a photograph that captures a bird within its natural environment, emphasizing the relationship between the bird and its surrounding landscape, essentially combining elements of bird photography and landscape photography to create a more comprehensive image of the bird's habitat; it goes beyond just capturing a close-up of the bird and includes a significant portion of the background scenery.
General Nature and Wildlife
Winners will be announced during the Photo Club meeting on March 20, 2025.
