Enter Your Best Images of 2024

Tampa Audubon’s 2024 TAS Photo Contest will kick off in January. Keep an eye on the Tampa Audubon Website for the submission page. Here are the details:

  • Cost is $10/photo.

  • Photo must have been taken in 2024 in Florida

  • Entry period is January 1 through February 28, 2025

  • $750+ in cash prizes


Categories

  • Birds

  • Birdscapes. A "birdscape photo" is a photograph that captures a bird within its natural environment, emphasizing the relationship between the bird and its surrounding landscape, essentially combining elements of bird photography and landscape photography to create a more comprehensive image of the bird's habitat;  it goes beyond just capturing a close-up of the bird and includes a significant portion of the background scenery.

  • General Nature and Wildlife

Winners will be announced during the Photo Club meeting on March 20, 2025.
