Bluebird Photo by TAS Member Wins Spot in Bluebird Calendar Contest

This Eastern Bluebird photo won the spot for September in the Florida Bluebird Society annual calendar photo contest.

A photo by Tampa Audubon member George Veazey is featured in a monthly calendar after he won the Florida Birding Society annual Bluebird Calendar Photo Contest.

The North American Bluebird Society (NABS) has two Florida Affiliates—Tampa Audubon Society (TAS) and Florida Bluebird Society (FBS), located in Jacksonville. The FBS has an annual Bluebird Calendar Photo Contest, where the winning photos are featured monthly on their calendar.

TAS member and photographer George Veazey entered the 2025 Contest, and his photo of a Sargeant’s Park Bluebird, won the spot for September. I just received one of the calendars and am so excited to see George’s great photo.
